She handled everything meticulously—uploading files correctly, double-checking every detail, and ensuring nothing was overlooked. Her hard work, expertise, and genuine care deserve more than 5 stars. I truly hope she gets more than one raise because she is the best. I’m incredibly grateful to have worked with her! I may add that she was never angry or nervous, she stayed positive and calm and was able to get me the approval to my visa application.
